It would be very useful to see which notes have been signed versus those left unsigned when we use the "Expand All" tab. I see that the "pin" tab has a marking indicating when there has been a signature on the clinical note and we can see that the note is grayed out indicating the note has been signed. If we can see which clinical notes remain unsigned then it would assist us in keeping our clinical notes relevant to what is required by law, that all notes be signed by the provider. If a provider misses a signature, presently we have to go through each date and its corresponding subcategory to see if this clinical note has been signed. IF the note was signed and we could see the date has a color or that there is a mark behind the note we could glance through the dates to update which notes have not been signed and which notes have been signed.
