Being able to remove old providers that no longer work in the practice or remove old payment forms that are no longer used would be so helpful. Maybe having a set limit of inactivity time before being able to remove them. Having them still show in the ledger and chart history is helpful but why shouldn't we be able to remove a dentist or hygienist from the list that has not worked in the practice for 5+ years. Once removing, maybe their provider code would just show their 4 letters with a minus (-) or something?
