Currently Lighthosue360 allows the patient to choose how they'd like to be contacted, if patient selects e-mail the office is not provided the patient's phone number on their health history form. Lighthouse360 currently lists emergency contact name/phone number. We'd prefer to have a contact phone number for patient as well. It would be nice to have a line for patient to input their phone number as well.
