I strongly dislike the way radiographs and photos are force integrated on the bottom of the patient screen. It has slowed down our process so much that it auto-loads tiles of images when I just want the clinical note ready to go. A few words into my clinical note and it'll auto change to the images tab and we just watch it load every appointment's attached photos as a single tile all the way through their history. All of these new features only slow it down and make it harder to the basics of what we came to know for years and years.
