All modules of Dentrix should automatically refresh, not just the appointment book. If a provider is making changes to the Patient Chart (e.g. - treatment plan, odontogram, periodontal charting) it would be helpful to have those changes update in real time on all workstations. As the dentist, I could be sitting in my office waiting for radiographs to come up for a patient and I have to sit and keep hitting refresh while I could be doing other things. There are times when I am making updates to Patient Chart at my desk and my assistant is with the patient in the operatory, or my office manager is getting ready to present treatment and they don't know changes are being made if they don't update in real time.
