The Aging Report has a lot of good information; however, the phone # and BT columns are not necessary and it would be really nice to have these columns blank so we can make notes on the Aging Report. It would also be wonderful to be able to color code this report so that we can see immediately which patients accounts are Insurance Pending, Due Now, In Collections. The color coding should remain intact for each printout and be able to be edited so that when the insurance makes a payment and there is a remaining amount, we would be able to change the color to correspond with the account being Due Now.
