In our case, we migrated from a cloud based PMS back to Dentrix in February 2026. The previous PMS would put any procedure scheduled on an appointment as a treatment planned item. This resulted in MANY patients with treatment planned D1110, D0120, D0274, etc.. for preventative visits. This in itself isnt a terrible issue, but when combined with RevenueWell and the feature of treatment plan follow ups it can cause an issue. For now, we have disable the treatment plan follow up feature in RW to avoid patients getting reminders for pending cleanings. Based on this use case, it would be a nice feature to be able to delete all procedures by a specific code across all patients rather than having to go into each individual chart to do it -- this is essentially impossible.
