The AI is not accurate. It tells us that the image may need to be retaken if there are missing teeth. It also tell us that other areas are missing which are not related to the tooth we are looking at.
Secondly, You have placed something in between the trust that the patient has in the office staff. They are led to believe that we have taken inferior xrays.
Thirdly, We need to have the option to turn all of this nonsense off.
Fourth, the software engineers need to spend time in the clinical arena PRIOR to launching this crappy update. I would love for them to sit and explain all of the above to the patients all day long.
