It be nice for a way to only see a two way text when a patient responds to cancel or change an appt. Right now, if you turn it on to see it, it shows ALL communications for the day sent out. For example statements, appt reminders - but it shows it with no response back from patient so it is in your text box like a "text message" but it is not because it is just an auto text sent to them. It be nice to just see the repsonses baCK FROM THAT AUTO TEXT SO WE CAN SEE WHAT THEY ARE TALKING bout. There are a lot of family members under one phone number so when they respond to an auto reminder - we have no idea which family member it is.
