Wasted 5 mins listening to Claire like a broken record, Its so annoying. If broken, she repeats everything. Please improve her or remove her entirely
3 times I have called in and gotten hung up on after several minutes of dealing with Claire. She keeps repeating that she is checking on something and then ends up just hanging up. Huge waste of time!
