We would like to request the addition of the Social Security Number field in areas that can sync to Dentrix. We also request increasing the character limit for the ‘Address Street’ field in the patient forms. It is currently limited to 30 characters, and we hope it can be extended to at least 100 characters. Additionally, it would be helpful if the Medical Conditions section could be displayed in at least two columns. When it is shown in a single column, patients have to scroll extensively to reach the bottom of the form, which slows down the process.
