It would be nice to have custom icons you can add similar to the L for the lab cases that we can customize for different things. i.e. PM premed, HH updated needed, $ for patient has a balance, CO for crossover appointment on same day, etc. These would be helpful and could show up where the flags and alerts are now. It could be on the appointment window below the lab case box for easy access.
