The exceptions template on the benefits tab should include applies to max and deductible yes or no and have it populate with the treatment plan and ledger instead of manually having to change it when printing treatment plan for a patient who was seen that day for exam that does not apply to the max. Should also be able to put if its covered at a different percentage than the entire categories percentage. For example some insurances cover PAs and FMXs at 80% with deductible applying and some insurances periodontal maintenance is covered at 100% with the deductible not applying and its a hassle to have to add a category with the code and change the current category and then add another category for the codes after that one code.
