The new design for posting claims is so user unfriendly. We cannot scroll to see what line item we are on while posting and the box where we input amount does not show the procedure making it difficult to post line by line

I just filed a ticket with this exact complaint!! It is horrible. Updates are supposed to increase efficiency; this new update is creating more work, taking more time, and it is often causing the ledger to freeze with an "exception error" alert. Dentrix definitely dropped the ball on this one.
