When I add a new clinical note, I have to scroll to see the newest date. Frequently, I start a note during treatment. When I'm done with treatment, the last treatment date is still at the top and I have to scroll to make the newest date visible. Sometimes, on a crazy day, I forget that I already started a clinical note, start again and then have to delete one or the other.
