eCentral Needs to Track Insurance Updates

We have been awaiting processing for two Federal Employee claims. Both claims on eCentral state "Accepted by Federal Employee Dental for processing". However, it is incorrect. The claims were not received by the carrier. (I checked the carrier site). If we are to rely on eCentral for claims tracking, then it needs to track accurately, please. It seems that would be a baseline function.
