We migrated from another PMS to Dentrix and Continuing Care is not set for any patient. When scheduling patients with a code that is tied to CC it will update it, but we want to be able to send communications to patients from RevenueWell that are past due to CC and not scheduled; however, RW looks at the CC fields. There needs to be a way to apply default CC settings to all patients without having to go into each chart. It is not feasible to go into 3000+ charts to make this update
