Dentrix Imaging has been a nightmare. It is not user friendly like Dexis is. The layout, lack of numbering, and extra clicking takes up too much time. My work around for attaching images to claims is opening Dexis and using the screen capture option. Put it back the way it was or make it workstation specific with the option to use one or the other.

Yes, the new imaging has been a disaster for our office, and our billers are spending double time trying to send claims. The lettering and x-ray images are SO SMALL now that some of our older employees are having a hard time. This is a major accessibility issue for this software!
