When the same patient has two accounts created by mistake there should be a way to merge the two without loosing information. I recently called about this and had to wait on the phone for over an hour for a very nice agent to manually go in and save and extract the information to move it into one file. Im very grateful for him, but the fact that they need to spend so much time and effort to do so is a little ridiculous.
