When using Eligibility Essentials or Pro, the Eligibility populates directly to the doc center each time a patient has an appointment. If they have multiple appointments, it still populates even if no changes. I believe this will cause a huge storage issue over time. At this time we have to manually delete multiple forms if we don't want multiple entries. With 1000's of patients over time this will take up considerable storage space in the doc center if no deletions are made. Manual deletion to me defeats the time saving purpose of the eligibility service, I save time using the service but at the same time I have to take the time to delete. Perhaps the system could save only current eligibility and overwrite the old so the doc center only reflects the most current eligibility.
