ISO 8601 date format, YYYY-MM-DD is the internationally recognized date format, that is unambiguous and makes clear sense. However Dentrix uses the US-centric and frankly stupid MM/DD/YYYY (or maybe it's DD/MM/YYYY? who knows??) format, and blames it on Windows.
As a Dentrix API user, I know for a fact, first hand, that Faircom DB supports ISO date formats, so there is no technical reason preventing it from working. Please update your software to fix something that should have been fixed 10 years or more ago.
