We are currently running into capacity limitations within our Dentrix database. To help manage our storage more effectively, we would appreciate the ability to selectively purge specific document FOLDERS within the Document Center.
Additionally, we are very grateful for the feature that stores insurance company EOBs electronically. However, it would be extremely helpful if these documents could be set to automatically delete after one year, as they are no longer needed beyond that point.
Both of these enhancements would greatly assist us in maintaining an efficient and sustainable database system. Thank you for considering these feature requests.
