Claims Manager Beta Version - DOS and Subscriber DOB

I am using the beta version of the claims manager. Adding the date of service and subscriber date of birth would be helpful

Report to be able to find out how much production and collections from a particular insurance company

The hardcoded gray color for completed appts ...

I need to be able to customize the color of closed appts because when I print the schedule for myself at end of day I cannot read it, it is too dark.

Patient engage Form Response Details

Fix matching patient problems. Seems to be too picky on responses and can't find the patient to match to. Try to update patient information and then still no match???

Skip days the office is not open on the schedule

Time consuming when a patient is on the phone and I am advancing day to day to find an appointment. We are never open weekends, why not skip from Friday straight to Monday

Can't pull up Family File if pt. is on Pinboard

Since the newest update, when a patient's appointment is on the Pinboard and highlighted, you can no longer press the Family File icon to bring up patient's info. Please bring this back!

Non-duplication box for secondary insurance

It would be nice to have a non-duplication box that can be selected in the insurance coverage table. That way the computer will know not to generate payment from secondary if primary is estimated to pay the amount secondary would. There is no good...
