Insurance description in the i

When billing or checking authorizations it would be helpful for the i box to include patient insurance information. Just the name and max/ Deductible used so that we can quickly quote the patient. I don't need patients address.

Add $ amount finance charge, rather than by % only

Easier to keep track of finance charges, every patient gets the same finance charge. Easier to have a set fee rather than manually entering onto ledger if the % is too high/low
