Hire More Support Staff Please! Waiting an hour or longer for help is unacceptable.

It takes an hour or more to get help. And, if all computers have to be out of dentrix for a fix and it can't be done at that moment, that means another hour or more to get back in touch with you guys. This is ridiculous!

Create a Report for Billing Statements

Please create a customize-able report that would be able to toggle between patient's name, last date of statement sent and show monthly, and annual reports of sent statements alphabetically & chronologically.

adjustments: allow/disallow certain adjustments per user

We would like to have each adjustment to be activated/deactivated per user. Certain adjustments (ie. Credit/Debit Balance Transfer, Insurance Adjustment) should not be allowed access to all users.
