Change Medical Hx to Yes/No instead of Check Box

To ensure patients proactively read each condition before saying Yes/No. Decreases skimming by patients over the conditions to reflect accurate patient history. Recommended by Insurance representative post audit

When family members are split and pt still under parent, we should not have to make duplicate parent accounts.

when an account splits family member and pt has ins. under parent, we should be able to pick the parent without adding parent as a patient. it creates duplicate patients for no reason and takes up space on the computer. makes unnecessary work and ...

ENTER BULK EOB AND SCAN A COPY AT THE SAME TIME

When entering a bulk insurance payment. I would like to be able to scan a copy of the paper EOB and have it attached automatically to each patients document center. Right now we have to do the payments and scan separately

When pre-d sent change insurance payment to Pred sent

When you send a pre-d and an insurance payment is created in ledger which is confusing seeing its only a pre-d sent not a payment. Please change the wording in the ledger to 'Pre-d sent'
