Appointment Status

We would like to see more then 10 appointment status options. Office flow would be great if we could use this to help out. As the practice grows we should be able to have the Status list grow with it

Entry tracking

Need a report or at least a screen to view all entries, edits, deletes, new appointment, changed appointments, notes made, etc. - by day, by user with time and patient associated. Should show every entry made into the system.
