Notify an employee they haven't clocked in

Having trouble with staff not remembering if they clocked in or not. Is there a way for them to view this? Thank you

Medical Claim Pre-Authorization

We can bill medical claims but are unable to send medical pre-auths which cuts the usefulness of being able to bill medical in half. The feature seems incomplete with out the ability to send pre-authorizations.

Establish pay periods

this program needs to have beginning and ending pay periods, most offices at 2 week periods, as opposed to the current which does not reflect reality and lends to incorrect totals.

connect the hit complete in the chart with the hit complete in the appointment book

When the treatment in the appointment book does not match the treatment done in the operatory, the provider should be able to change the treatment and hit complete. This should change the appointment treatment and complete the appointment.

Preload top 100 common prescriptions into drop down menu

It would be really helpful if the top 100-200 common prescriptions could be automatically loaded into dentrix so we don't have to spend time adding medications or looking up correct spellings.
