QUESTIONNAIRE FOR EASY DENTAL (LIKE DENTRIX)

It would be great to have a "Questionnaire" feature like on Dentrix to attach patient paperwork. Dentrix allows us to add a signature pad as well to obtain pt signatures. EASY DENTAL is missing this feature as well. It would help minimize on paper...

When looking back at past accounts, which are bad debt write offs, in the adjustment types, need a breakdown of the accounts and when they were written off.

Rescheduling patients

When rescheduling patients the system apparently decides not to recognize all of them unless they are deleted and completely made a new appointment. This takes too much time. They should be able to be moved to the pin board and then to a new time....

I would like to have a report that shows the number of procedures done within a certain time frame and percentage of procedures done, not based on production, just procedure codes.

Make timeclock better and more user-friendly

I would like to be able to add future PTO (vacation time) to my staff member's timeclock records. I would like to be able to go to a screen that tells me the current status of each employee (ie if they are clocked in or clocked out).

Copy and Paste in Doctuments again

Before this update you could screen print and copy from the clipboard into a patients documents. This option is not longer available. It was very useful and there is really not a better way to do this for multiple xrays such a an FMX.

Daily Huddle Report

Please put a seperate check mark box for the daily huddle so we can allow those employees to access only the daily huddle report and not all the financial reports.
