Is there a way to schedule the whole family for the next recall visit?

So if there was an option to schedule the whole family instead of one by one that might be easier and less time consuming .

We as a practice need to be able to identify these specific patients while we visually look at the appointments in the Appointment Book

Adding a new insurance is not as easy as it used to be in Easy Dental

Recently upgraded to version 12. This process is not as easy as it used to be. The search window only shows about 10 carriers, when I have many more for Aetna or Delta Dental Makes it harder to submit claims now.

flag secondary insurance

We need to flag a secondary insurance in order to make the primary insurance implemented first. we should not implemented a secondary insurance since we did not enter the primary insurance.

Add a report option that can show which patients have spent the most money in the office over the year- that way those patients can be acknowledged and/or rewarded.

Tracking ALL treatment plans

A way to track ALL treatment plans, detailed report. Like the unscheduled treatment report.

Ability to edit the description or folder location of a signed document.

Once the doctor signs a document you can't move it to a different folder in the document center. Sometimes he signs it and doesn't assign the right folder or puts the wrong date received for correspondence. It would be nice to be able to change this.

Show insured patients in the insurance plan window, or at least have a button to view them.

You can view from the E-Dex, but if you are editing a plan you should be able to see who else is attached. Some plans have the same group number but different benefits.
