Bug in Claims Manager

There is a bug in claims manager when you want to add Legacy notes to a claim. When pressing double click to add note it closes the claim manager and ledger.

Impacted 8s Icon Better

Make the icon for unerupted/impacted 8s better. A 'U' on top of the tooth isn't good enough. It could be a line to indicate tissue level, and the tooth itself being lower than the adjacent teeth, and under this line.

Add email credit card receipt feature

epad signed Credit card receipts should be automatically saved to document center and there should be an option to email the receipt to the patient instead of printing and giving them a paper one. Most patients do not want paper receipts.
