Option to disable Signature Manager from showing Missing or Unsigned Clinical Notes

Not all staff do clinical notes and do not need this reminder showing at the top of Appointment Book, and it obstructs your view of the Day/Date!

Date overlaps with increased font size

with the new update, I noticed that there is counter on the same line with the date. When font size is increased above 12, everything kinda overlaps. Can you please fix that?
