photo thumbnails in Document Center

I would like to have photos of documents in thumbnail view over having the print. Would be nice to be able to see the photo directly in place of having to read a narrative and then click to see a preview.

Why can't I delete old appointments on the pinboard?

I have a few appointments on the pinboard that I put there b/c patients had to cancel. I know a few of them won't rebook and I want to be able to clear them from the pinboard but when I click on "delete" button they remain on the list. Anyone know...

Universal search for insurances

I had an office suggest to day that they wish there was a universal search for insurances. I think the idea is amazing and would prove helpful. Please consider this idea for good change.

Please create a global setting to default to NOT post codes, apply charges, or bill to insurance in Dentrix Imaging when acquiring images.

We are already very good about adding the xray codes when we need to. This is just causing duplicates and adding more clicks to the process of taking xrays. (Comment in general, there is way too much clicking necessary in Dentrix!). We are in the ...

We want a refund, then a lesser fee moving forward. Bills are sent without the blue coloring and also without return envelopes for the patient. Patients have been complaining about no return envelopes. Please discount the billing fees to our office. Henry Schein is saving by using the non colored print and no envelopes. We a refund from May 1st, then a discount for the billing fee.

Quick Bill -verify statements to send screen

When ledger is opened from verify statements to send screen, it should go to ledger+ history Family file and Office Journal should be accessible from the verify statements to send screen as well as ledger
