Add DOB at the top of the chart

We've heard feedback that doctors would like to have the patient's dob display at the top of the chart. They want to glance over and see the patient's dob and wish the patient a happy birthday if the day is approaching (especially for children).

Ability to merge duplicate patient charts

occasionally 2 charts get made for the same patient in error. We need the ability to combine the 2 charts without losing the patient data.

be able to add furcation notes on baby teeth retained by adults

we have a few adults that have retained baby teeth molars due to never getting the permanent tooth and we probe them but are unable to add any furcation notes in the probing charting it also does not show the correct tooth number or letter in this...

Patient info additions please

Please update marital status options, with one for widowed. Please offer an area for phenetic spelling of names for more patient friendly interactions. Also, the "Preferred Name" option is great, and also having a preferred pronoun option.

Change a 6 series to an FMX without deleting whole claim

I wish there was a way to bill out 4 bw and 2 pas but when insurance comes back and downgrades to an FMX I wish there was something we could do instead of deleting claim and adjusting that way.
