Quick Bill -verify statements to send screen

When ledger is opened from verify statements to send screen, it should go to ledger+ history Family file and Office Journal should be accessible from the verify statements to send screen as well as ledger

I would like to change the font size for all dentrix modules, not just the schedule.

When font size cannot be enlarged, it causes excessive eye strain. It would be nice if we could change font size on Family File, ledger and appointment list.
