This idea has been suggested already. I voted for it and yours. The original has almost 2k votes. It's a great idea. Maybe a more difficult update and that could be what's taking so long. For the moment and it would be a pain but you could remove the secondary for a moment, load the tertiary, create the claim, attach both primary and secondary EOB's in the claim and send it. Then remove tertiary and put secondary back on pt. I would flag the pt with the tertiary ins with all ins details needed to file. Make a note under Remarks for unusual services explaining that it is a tertiary and see attached primary and secondary EOB's.
