Include Dates with Clinical Note Attachments

CIGNA requires seat date as well as prep date on their claims. I always include clinical notes. To prevent having to put that in the "Remarks" section, why not add the dates to the clinical notes when they are attached.

It would be helpful if we can full a report showing what was paid from claims that was submitted on specific dates and showing the patients/insurance information.
