After using PULPOTOMY ICON, have a pulpotomy (red lines) identified on the tooth

Currently, after pressing the icon for pulpotomy, nothing shows up on the deciduous tooth. (Only shows up in the treatment plan)

Removing the Side Columns and slant lines on the Appointment Book View Print

The print is extremely busy with so many slant lines (when there are no or partial patients) and the left side mini columns. Yes, we still print the schedule for that just in case no electricity, etc. Thank you!

Allowing mixed dentition of same location

Would be helpful if could use tooth chart to reflect pt mouth-allowing permanent & primary dentition that is supposed to replace each other to stay visible. Not everyone loses and replaces each tooth- i.e.... current pt is 15, cong. missing #7...

Billing address and Physical address

This is really needed. Post office won't send statement to PO Box and Physical address if it is listed . It needs to be separated, so we have a billing address as well as a physical address
