Anyone having problems with VoicePerio?

After 3 months of trying to implement VoicePerio we still can't get it to work consistently and ACCURATELY . Bring back VoicePro!!!!

This report was extremely helpful to our practice and was reviewed constantly until the next billing cycle went out. It also has updated patient addresses and was instrumental in our collection and follow up procedures

Automatically add insurance summaries to document center when eligibility generated.

Would be a huge time saver when I'm working on hygiene schedule. ECentral is so bad already, this would be a large improvement...providing it works consistently.

To be able to restore something that was deleted.

When deleting names off the Pinboard on the Unscheduled list. Being able to restore due to Dentrix Deleting the actual scheduled appointment.

We need a "from"-"to" date format for printing the ledger that totals the amounts at the bottom.

Color code appointment by treatment type

Option to use color coded appointment by types of treatment, not by provider (option during setup). So RCT can be yellow, fillings can be blue, etc.
