We need a "from"-"to" date format for printing the ledger that totals the amounts at the bottom.

It would help the patient when requesting a federal tax verification for a certain year's expenses. I'm sure there are other reasons for needing this; I just can't think of one right now (but I know there have been times I've needed to do this and wasn't able to).
