Remove first page from attachments of the perio chart

Is it possible to have the first page that's blank from the perio chart that only comes with the patients name removed from the claims attachments? To avoid having a rejection from the insurance because of that situation

LINK SPECIFIC CODES TO A PROVIDER

PLEASE MAKE IT POSSIBLE THAT WHEN EXAM CODES ARE ENTERED WHILE THE PATIENT IS SEEING HYGIENE IT AUTOMATICALLY PUTS THE DR AS THE PROVIDER FOR EXAMS SO WE DONT HAVE TO GO IN AND CHANGE IT ALL THE TIME.!!!!

Authorization Approval/Denial ERA posting

It would be very helpful if pre-authorization ERAs (approvals or denials) could be posted electronically to the treatment plan through the eEOB/ERA system, similar to how payments are entered, rather than having to enter them manually.

I can no longer open up thumbnails on the patient's chart. It automatically opens up the entire imaging software. It also won't allow me to pin an image next to another image to show a patient a comparison.
