Walk Outs

We should be able to print a walk out for a specific date....not being able to print a receipt in that format after the day is past is a huge pain

Remove first page from attachments of the perio chart

Is it possible to have the first page that's blank from the perio chart that only comes with the patients name removed from the claims attachments? To avoid having a rejection from the insurance because of that situation
