Add SS# to NP details when adding a new patient in appt. book

If you could add the SS# when making a new patient appt. it would tell you if the patient was in the system already.

Date of Birth listed by patient name in modules

It would be nice to have the DOB listed by the name at the top of the module for patient selected.

Hate the new way of scheduling a new patient!!!! Please go back to the old simplified way. We all know that you guys (and girls) thought you were helping because the description on the website says it's "simplified". BUT, it is not! Please fix this. It takes too long in our busy schedule to put all the info. in that is now required. PLEASE. THANK YOU!
