missing clinical notes

It would be very nice to have a report to print each day to make sure all patients have a clinical note attached to them.

Later time options for Birthday reminder

Our patients are receiving their "Happy Birthday" reminders via DemandForce at MIDNIGHT!! I've had upset pts because they believed there was an emergency when their phone buzzes in the middle of the night... There are no other options unless I tur...

Finance charge billed to the dental office not the provider

We have several Dentist working her that are not the owners and get paid on production, so we need the finance charge to be applied to the company not provider. We can not change the provider on patient account because the insurance company's need...

Add a date range for inactive patients

Hi there, please add a date range for the inactive patient list. That way we can monitor it monthly. Its great for comparison between new patients and inactive patients for the month.

Associate Day Sheet Reports

Associates should only be able to load their own day sheet totals to allow for more confidentiality in large practices. Currently if you change their user permissions then they can't load their own day sheet so it is not helpful.
