Online forms; the printed version of our online forms is 15 pages and not well laid out. It shows all the Provinces not just the one they picked. Should maybe only show the sections/lines that are filled out rather than every option, ie secondary insurance prints entire list of questions even if they do not have any. Or we have a list of questions asking that they check all that apply and it prints the entire list (20) even if they do not check any.
