Font changes in all Modules

We need to be able to change to Fonts in all Modules. Because of different screen sizes this should be an automatic to allow practitioners and staff to make the changes needed, easily!

Option to print statement for one family member

Option to print out a statement for just one family member's patient balance. Currently, it prints out the head of household with total family balance.
