create seperate column for ortho maximum and payments in family file and insurance area as when we enter any payment for ortho it reduces $availble for tx plan unless manually corrected.

too have everything in the document center come up when sending a claim

Auto change address for insurance companies

There should be a way to copy an insurance address for a single insurance when an insurance company changes their address just like you can change a coverage table so to update the insurance for all the plans under that one insurance.

Running a patient refund report

Currently, there is a way to run a report to give a general overview of patient refunds by providers, but there is no way to get a breakdown by patient name, day, month, etc.

Please include subscriber ID and insurance name on ledger

It would be nice to see the individuals insurance name and subscriber ID quickly on the ledger page. Some of us bill online at the insurance site. We only can find the ID (to copy) in the family file.

Need to enlarge font on the ledger screen.

The doctor purchased a new computer, however the font on ledger screen did not remain the larger text as the past one. It would add in viewing the history of the patient.
