Please include subscriber ID and insurance name on ledger
It would be nice to see the individuals insurance name and subscriber ID quickly on the ledger page. Some of us bill online at the insurance site. We only can find the ID (to copy) in the family file.
Yes!! Being able to click on an icon in the Ledger to see a snippet of the patient's insurance information would be super helpful. You can get to the benefits/coverage from the claim, but you cannot copy and paste the Subscriber ID anywhere except for the Family File. Please give us a button!!!
