Smart Image printing

We- the Dental providers would really like to be able to print the Smart Image analysis of the radiographs to submit for insurance purposes. Can this be worked on ?

Override Deleting Insurance Carrier that have inactive patients attached.

our system has many duplicate plans and it would be very helpful to be able to clean up these plans that are out-dated and are only attached to inactive patients in which we would update their insurance info once reactivated.

Option to show insurance carrier(s) on the ledger

It would be helpful to see what insurance company(ies) the patient has/have at a glance on the ledger without having to open a claim or switch between modules.

Reassigning appointments from on op to another

I think it would be very useful to add a feature that would allow you to move all appointments from op1 to op4 for example. We recently added more ops to our appointment book and now have to manually move each appointment which is very time consum...

Need to enlarge font on the ledger screen.

The doctor purchased a new computer, however the font on ledger screen did not remain the larger text as the past one. It would add in viewing the history of the patient.

When sending a text confirmation, add a PREMED note to the reminder.

Patients would be less likely to forget their premed and not need to reschedule!

When a procedure is INVALIDATED, make the entry in the ledger more obvious

When you look at a patient's ledger, it is difficult to see the invalidated procedures (shows as a small +). Can we make invalidated procedures a different shade so it stands out a bit more?

We need the option to change individual operatory hours for future scheduling.

Our office hours are changing in the future (6 months out) and we need to schedule patients accordingly. We need the option to change to specific hours on effective on a specific date.
