Agreed. I have contacted support several times about this whole issue. The latest update has forced me to change how I track any billing statements. I have made several phone calls to Dentrix and they have no resolution on this. Please make a priority with a hot fix very soon.
I did reach out to them, and the original rep I spoke to told me to put the info here, because he didn't have a way of reporting it or referring it to someone who might need to place it in a future fix. I called back and spoke to someone in the tech department, who said the problem had been reported a couple weeks ago, so hopefully the programmers are working on it. If you know when they are going to fix it that would be helpful, we are using a workaround for now.
