Be able to organize the codes in Treatment Plan Ledger screen

It would be helpful if the treatment plan area in the ledger could be organized instead of being a running mix of codes. Possibly into Hygiene versus treatment or separated into the assigned appointments.

Need to be able to reprint EOBs and Predeterminations

It would be very helpful to be able to reprint an EOB or Predeterminations as there are times when the printer does not work and you are left without ability to print a new one and know what to charge the patient.
